About Us
Chaminuka Rural District Council is a constitutional local authority serving Shamva District in Mashonaland Central Province, located 83 km north of Harare and 28 km northeast of Bindura. Established under the Rural District Councils Act, the council provides essential administrative, social, and economic services to a growing population across communal, resettlement, mining, and agricultural areas. The district's economy thrives on agriculture, horticulture, small-scale mining, and retail trade, with abundant natural resources offering significant opportunities for sustainable investment and local development.
